Client Self-Screening Cold/Flu/Covid-19
For our mutual safety, promptly cancel your appointment if you find yourself or any one in your household exhibiting any new or worsening cold/flu/COVID-19 signs or symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, trouble swallowing, runny or stuffy nose, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, nausea, decrease or loss of smell or taste. I have vulnerable family with compromised health and only work 2 days a week, so providing a safe service is a great priority mutually. Service will be declined to clients demonstrating any of these signs. Visitors are additionally required to self-screen for any symptoms the day of your appointment.
Preventative Safety Measures
1) If you would like your session to be a mutually masked one please exclusively book on a Sunday and indicate that request in your booking. Please arrive wearing your mask of choice the (Strapless N95 Readi Mask) facial covering is a client favourite offering a perfect seal, ensuring maximum protection and the ease of completing your haircut without any unnecessary obstruction from around the ear elastic loops. This mask gently adheres to your face allowing complete flexibility to tailor your haircut as desired. I will be wearing an N95 Kind mask for our entire session if requested.(Kind N95 Mask)
2) One on one, PRIVATE and pet free bookings can be made exclusively on Sunday’s. If you do not mind having another stylist and their guest present and unmasked in the studio during your visit you may book either Sunday or Monday. All appointment are by appointment only.
3) The H&CO studio is Barbicide and IPAC (Infection Prevention And Control) certified.
4) You will be greeted by a moisturizing, eco-friendly, cruelty-free botanical hand sanitizer before and after your service. (www.mypaume.ca)
5) Each client is provided with a freshly laundered hair-cutting cape.
6) Additionally there is an aranet4 (www.aranet.com) air quality monitor displaying the CO2 levels, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure in the studio. I have built in half hour gaps between client visits on the scheduler to assist with the air quality in each session. There is also two windows and a back patio door that can be open during your visit for air quality control.
7) All shared surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected using 'PREempt' wipes, followed by a multi-surface cleaner between appointments.
